La Mayor Hazaña de la Historia

This game depicts the events surrounding the Discovery of America in two phases. Players first travel across land, visiting figures such as the Duke of Medinaceli and the Prior of the Monastery in La Rábida to obtain recommendations and seek an audience with the Catholic Monarchs. With royal support secured, they purchase provisions, ships and crew. The second phase takes place at sea, as players navigate the ocean, manage their food and crew, and attempt to discover the New World before returning to Spain with the news. Cards, dice, ducats and counters support the journey and its various events.
