A Game of Thrones: Catan – Brotherhood of the Watch

Players take the roles of Brothers of the Night’s Watch working to develop the Gift and defend the Wall. Each terrain hex produces one of five resources used to build roads, settlements, and keeps, recruit guards, or buy development cards to earn victory points. Wildling forces and a roaming leader disrupt resource production and periodically attack the Wall; players must allocate guards and resources to repel incursions or suffer raids that damage holdings. Each player also gains a hero ability that can be used a limited number of times and then replaced, adding asymmetric tactical options. The game ends when a player reaches ten victory points or when Wildlings breach the Wall three times, in which case the player with the most posted guards wins.
