Players work together to build a tower while speaking different fictional languages. Each player uses a three-card dictionary to learn how to say four materials, four building objects, “yes,” and “no” in their assigned language. Each turn, a foreman explains what the group needs to build using only the game’s languages. Players rely on remembered words and similarities between languages to interpret the instructions. Earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and fires threaten the structure, so the group must complete a resistant tower before time runs out.
