Adds two playable factions that join the political and economic conflict: a secretive genetic-engineering sect and a technologically advanced industrial power. Each faction brings its own leadership, faction-specific abilities and rivalry rooted in a history of invasion and liberation. Introduces new units and technology tiles, along with mechanics that grant unique economic and tactical advantages. Players use these elements to influence CHOAM and the Imperium, deploy specialized forces, and exploit new treacheries to outmaneuver opponents.
