Fliptown: The Specialists Mini-Expansion

Add a Specialist who provides a unique regional ability and unlocks extra bonus actions when their conditions are met. Each Specialist has a retention fee that increases at the start of each round, forcing players to choose whether to keep paying for the benefit or send the Specialist away. Players assign the Specialist to a region, meet their requirements to trigger bonuses, and manage the escalating cost as part of their resource and action planning.
