The Guardians of Haversack

Assemble a team of guardians kept in a personal bag and send them into the kingdom to lift a curse. Each round, draw guardians in sequence and place them on a personal kingdom board to rebuild villages, fight monsters, rescue fairies, open chests and advance along the map; each guardian’s action determines how far subsequent guardians can go. Actions earn victory points and gold, which can be spent to recruit new guardians and upgrade the bag, creating engine-building decisions over multiple rounds.
