Loser

Loser is a board game for 3–6 players. It plays in 15–20 minutes and is meant for ages 8 and up. Ludoya players call it best with 4. It is rated 5,4 out of 10 by 5 Ludoya reviewers.

Players take on the role of rival sorcerers trying to avoid being the single loser. Each round, players play a card face up or face down and attempt to track who currently holds the highest-value card. After cards are played, everyone votes thumbs up or thumbs down to indicate who they think is safe; hidden and special effects influence perceptions. The deck includes 23 special cards with disruptive abilities that change values, swap cards, reveal information, or otherwise alter the table. Play continues until one player has lost twice, at which point that player is eliminated as the loser.
