Montage

Montage is a board game for 4 players. It plays in 60 minutes and is meant for ages 13 and up.

Players form partnerships and take turns thinking of a word, laying it out on a crossword-style grid with color-coded tiles that represent specific vowels and clusters of consonants. After placing the tiles, the active player gives a single clue intended to help their partner guess the target word while preventing opponents from solving it first. The game emphasizes pattern recognition and concise clue-giving as partners try to interpret the colored-letter arrangement and reach the correct word before the opposing team.
