Adds a Court of Nobles and a Puer market to the base game, introducing two new main actions and Imperial Decrees that expand strategic options. Players send new Courtier meeples to the Court to gain immediate bonuses and compete for majority control that scores points at the end of each round. The Puer market lets players link market pieces to unlock chained bonuses and complete Puer sets that contribute endgame points. Complexity and playtime increase noticeably with this expansion, and it includes components for solo play.
