Ticket to Ride: Switzerland
An additional map and scenario that requires the train pieces and cards from the base game or the Europe edition. Players claim routes across a Switzerland-centered map, connecting Swiss cities and links to adjacent countries using familiar route-claiming mechanics. Locomotive cards function only for tunnels as in the Europe rules. New destination tickets include intranational routes, cross-border connections, and tickets whose value depends on the farthest completed endpoint. The map is tuned for fewer players and integrates with the core game's components and turn structure.

Mitchell C6,0 Not a huge TTR fan but this was a pretty good map for 2 players. An enjoyable and relatively quick game.

Regelfrågor
Besvarat ur regelboken av Ludoyas regelassistent.
How many trains does each player get?
Each player uses a reserve of 40 trains, not the usual 45 (Rulebook, p. 2).
Can I claim both tracks of a double route?
In a 3-player game, players may use both tracks. In a 2-player game, claiming one track makes the other unavailable (Rulebook, p. 2).
How many Destination Tickets do I have to keep?
At the start, you receive 5 and must keep at least 2. If you draw more during the game, draw 3 and keep at least 1 (Rulebook, p. 2).
What happens to the Destination Tickets I reject?
They are removed from the draw pile for the rest of the game, not discarded back into it. The pile can run out (Rulebook, p. 2).
Can I use Locomotive cards to claim any route, and can I draw them freely?
You may take Locomotives just like regular Train Car cards, including taking 2 in a turn, but you can play them only on tunnels—not regular routes (Rulebook, p. 2).
How do I claim a tunnel, and what if I can’t pay the extra cards?
After laying down the required cards, reveal the top 3 Train Car cards; each that matches the color you used, including a Locomotive, means you must play one extra matching card or Locomotive. If you cannot or choose not to, take your played cards back and your turn ends (Rulebook, p. 2).
