City Council: Deluxe Edition

Players take the roles of council members guiding a newly founded city through its early years. They work together to control pollution, combat crime, create jobs, and maintain the city budget while pursuing personal influence with political interest groups. Fulfilling these groups’ requests provides support and victory points, with the most popular council member becoming Mayor if the city succeeds. The included Disaster Deck adds event cards that disrupt city life and introduces a fully cooperative mode. Players change roles each round and take actions to prevent disasters from destabilizing the growing city.
