Neighborhood garage bands compete for fans and glory in a 1980s summer of gigs, flyers, merch, and music. Players place band members around town to gather skills, upgrade instruments and outfits, record demo tapes, and qualify for performances. Over sixteen weeks, bands build their popularity and earn money before facing off in the final Battle of the Bands. The band with the most fans wins.
