Hidden Leaders Duel
Two rivals compete to control two Senate Chambers by recruiting influential Heroes into secret Councils and assembling the stronger post-election army. Over seven rounds players draw and swap Heroes from two tableau rows, secretly add cards to their Council, and use face-down cards to block or protect positions. After the final turn, Councils are revealed faction by faction to claim which tableau row each player gains; claimed Heroes join a player’s Army, then total Hero Strength determines the winner.
