Stationfall

Players take on hidden identities among a mix of humans, robots, and other beings trapped on a doomed space station. Each character has distinct abilities, private objectives, and secret relationships that shape their options and alliances. On each turn, players recruit and deploy collaborators, perform actions, and pursue their goals while the station’s environment mutates and introduces new hazards. Deduction, bluffing, and betrayal drive play as players try to exploit tactical opportunities and unmask opponents before the station’s situation becomes lethal.

-- Update May 2026 -- Played 2 games back to back. One 6-player and one 5-player. It's too chaotic and uncontrollable and not in a way that is fun or interestning enough to warrant playing this over other games we like. We all still would like to play again, but with most of the group rating it between 5/10 and 7/10 puts it too low on the list of games we'd like to play. I think one of my main criticisms is that we all feel that most actions doesnt do much other than move somewhere and pick something up. The fun actions are too far between making most of the player turns quite dull. -- Update March 2026 --- Rating: 8/10 This game went much better This is very group dependant, and everyone needs to know what this is before start. -- Original post from August 2024--- Rating: 6/10 It was ok, but I really disliked how every character board is placed in a large grid on the other side of the map. This forced every player to move around the table to take a look at what they could do. The randomness is also something that made me lukewarm on this one as everyone has a high chance of ruining your plans without doing it on purpose. It's a somewhat fun storyteller, but then we'd rather play a true RPG. I think a 2nd edition would do wonders for this game where the map could have been more compact as the rooms are too large for what they try to contain. I think it would be better if the Character boards where just a Character icon with 2 colored boxes right next to it where each color is referencing a power listed on a player aid. This would make 20-26 character boards take very little space and could even fit on the board for all to see even upside down.

Very dynamic game. With a lot of storytelling.

Dubtes de regles

Respostes a partir del reglament per l'assistent de regles de Ludoya.

When exactly do I Reveal my identity and what changes when I do?

Revealing makes your Secret Identity into your Player Character (PC) and grants any Reveal Powers listed on the card; you may instead do a “Schrödinger Reveal” to discard your Secret Identity and become your Bonus Character but you forfeit Bonus Points (see pages 4–5).

If my character is Down, can they still hold items, copy data, or take actions?

A Down character cannot be Activated or take Actions, but they keep any Possessed items which others may Pick Up from them; Down characters must be Revived or Repaired to act again (see pages 5, 11–12).

What if a character or item is marked Escaped or Annihilated—can I still interact with them?

You cannot Influence, Activate, Renegotiate, or perform Actions with or against Escaped or Annihilated characters/items; Escaped pieces are out of the game and Annihilated pieces are removed entirely (see pages 5–6).

How do Jammers affect copying data—can I copy to anyone?

When Jammers are ON, Characters may only Copy Data to Colocated Characters; when Jammers are OFF you may Copy Data to any non-Escaped Character in the game, and Jammers are controlled by Console/Power rules (see pages 8–9, 12).

How do escape pods work—can someone else take or block my pod?

Pods have strict occupancy limits (humans/robots/monsters) and can be launched by Timed, Section, or Bridge Launch if their requirements are met; you may not place more figures than the pod’s limit and a damaged pod that is launched is Annihilated along with its contents (see page 7).

How many actions do I get when I Activate and what does Exhausted do?

At Activate you place/move your Activation disc on a Live Conspirator: if that Conspirator is Exhausted you may perform one Action, if not Exhausted you may perform two Actions (any Human/Robot may also do a Free Pick Up or Drop during activation); a character with an Activation disc at the start of the phase is considered Exhausted (see page 16).
