ASHES: Blackout Protocol
After the Great Nuclear War of 1989, survivors establish underground colonies to preserve humanity and prepare for the restoration of life on the surface. Over three rounds, players lead a colony by building shelters, rescuing civilians, developing Project Phoenix, and managing resources. Survivors are assigned to action spaces to perform protocols, while an evacuation vehicle moves across the wasteland to transport civilians, gather materials, and enable additional actions. Radiation spreads at the end of each round, affecting those left behind. The player with the most Victory Points after the third round wins.
