Deal with the Devil

Four players assume hidden roles—mortal, cultist, or the Devil—and pursue different objectives under the same ruleset. Play alternates between blind trading rounds mediated by an app and city-building and resource management actions on the table. Players offer goods for money, negotiate secret deals that may cost pieces of their soul, and manage loans and debts to expand their holdings. Social deduction and risk assessment drive play: conspicuous success draws suspicion and the attention of the Inquisition, which can penalize players who cannot prove their souls remain intact. Each role supports distinct strategies and choices carry lasting consequences.
