Reds versus Whites fight for control of Russia during the Russian Civil War from 1918 to 1921. This two-player wargame covers a sprawling front from Warsaw to Omsk and Murmansk to Tashkent. Players maneuver Red armies, White factions, Anarchists, Nationalists, Allied intervention forces, Polish armies, and other units ranging from brigades to armies, supported by leaders, cavalry, flotillas, aircraft, and armored trains. Random chit pulls determine faction and front activations, while logistics, attrition, and separate event tables model the conflict’s confusion and shifting fortunes.
