Players take the roles of resistance heroes from its subjugated nations and work together against imperial tyranny and exploitation. This Fate Core supplement includes setting material on the empire and its subject nations, character and nation-building subsystems, flexible magic rules, a replay demonstrating the system, and scenarios set in the frozen northern region of Hiberia.
