Compete to control the world through infiltration, treaties, covert operations, and global projects. Players command secret subdivisions of a hidden organization, sending agents to infiltrate political, financial, and research institutions. They compete for objective cards, advance projects such as Comintern and Unified Nations, and sacrifice agents to carry out covert operations. Treaties provide further advantages, while captured cards and connected projects generate influence. After several rounds, the player with the most influence becomes the world's dominant power.
