Das Regelwerk legt den Fokus auf schnelles Spiel und bietet viele optionale Regeln, Kampagnenmodus und Szenarien, um den Wiederspielwert zu erhöhen. Diese Edition enthält erweiterte Schiffswerte, Hintergrundmaterial und Fotobilder, die den Flottenbau und das Aufstellen von Szenarien unterstützen.
