Draft gangsters from a changing street market, earn cash, and compete to control the neighborhood before your rival. Stack gangsters of the same color to trigger income bonuses, and activate one-time Boss abilities when your crew is aligned. Use a Jail Token to lock up an opposing gangster for two turns, disabling its abilities and cutting off cash flow. Win by controlling a complete matching gang for a full turn, or by having more cash when the deck runs out.
