Heroscape Marvel: The Conflict Begins

Miniatur-Gefechte zwischen Teams aus Comic-Helden und -Schurken auf einem modularen, stapelbaren Gelände-Board. Spieler bauen Schlachtfelder aus Hex-Geländefeldern, richten Szenarien ein (Ziel, Eliminierung, Durchhalten, einen bestimmten Raum erreichen) und führen dann Trupps von Figuren ins Feld, die durch Karten dargestellt werden, auf denen Bewegungs-, Angriffs-/Verteidigungswürfel und Wunden aufgeführt sind. Bewegung wird in Hexes gemessen; Kämpfe werden abgewickelt, indem Angriffs- und Verteidigungswürfel geworfen und Wunden zugeteilt werden. Ein Grundregelwerk lässt Spezialkräfte weg, um das Spiel einfacher zu halten, während die Meisterregeln Spezialfähigkeiten, Wunden, Nahkampfbindung und Sturzregeln sowie eine Draft-basierte Armeeaufbau-Phase hinzufügen, um die Punktelimits des Szenarios einzuhalten.
