This World War II expansion adds a leader system to the campaign, with 58 counters depicting historical commanders. Each counter lists a leader’s name, rank, entry date, and abilities, allowing leaders to join force pools as the war progresses. Eight veto chits, one for each major power, and player veto charts support the system. The counter sheet also includes 74 additional counters for use in campaigns, covering late-war equipment, new minor-country units, Russian Guards Banner Armies, and other optional content.
