Misty Isles of the Eld

This standalone fantasy roleplaying adventure takes place in the Misty Isles, a hellish pocket plane that has displaced a bucolic paradise. The setting includes one main island and two smaller islets, connected by a pointcrawl wilderness divided by massive, movable grubs. Players explore four dungeons, including a body-horror vat complex, a flying god-prison, a meth-fruit plantation, and a pagoda bunker. Their actions alter the Isles through the Anti-Chaos Index, while encounters feature otherworldly monsters, strange Eldish artifacts, and random treasure. The adventure also introduces the Psychonaut class, with psionic powers and mutations.
