Power On!

As cities develop, players build power plants to supply energy efficiently. Coal-fired, natural gas, nuclear, and renewable-energy plants each have different advantages and drawbacks. Producing energy with coal or natural gas adds CO2 emission tokens to a carbon tower. If the tower grows too high and collapses, players suffer the consequences. The player with the most points at the end wins.
