Players use Tooth Fairy cards to steal, give, swap, or draw Teeth cards over 6 rounds. Each player keeps three Teeth cards facedown, with positive or negative values, and reveals one at the end of each round. Some teeth cause Tooth Decay when revealed, while other cards allow players to manage their hidden rows or activate special Gadgets. After six rounds, the player with the highest-scoring Smyle wins.
