Players act as representatives of rival estates vying for influence in a northern kingdom. Over four rounds, dice rolled by the first player set available action values that everyone uses to allocate workers and take turns. Actions include sending workers to gather resources, buying towers and advisors at the market, and pursuing both public and private objectives to score points. Victory points come from land development, completed goals, and market purchases; the highest total after four rounds determines the new viceroy.
