Jardines de Babilonia

An abstract strategy game set in ancient Babylon, where players guide water from a central well through paths of flower tiles. On each turn, a path is chosen without using the same tile twice, and a water gem is placed on every tile along it. Tiles filled with enough water gems to irrigate their flowers provide nectar, which is added to the player’s scoreboard. Each path changes the opportunities available to the next players, creating decisions about which tiles to complete, which advantages to leave for rivals, and whether to pursue speed or more valuable nectar. The game ends when a player completes their scoreboard.
