HeroQuest: New Beginnings

Players take the roles of apprentice heroes sent to intercept a retreating band of minions before they rejoin their sorcerous master. The scenario sets an apprentice-level challenge that introduces characters, basic mechanics, and a few experimental rules and pieces borrowed from expansions. Gameplay mixes cooperative exploration, tactical combat on a modular board, and decision-making about movement, spells, and actions as the party searches rooms, disarms threats, and pursues fleeing enemies. The module serves as an introductory quest to prepare new players for the core campaign or as an alternative short scenario for a single play session.
