Mosaic: Wars and Disasters

Wars, disasters, armies, and navies add new challenges and strategic options. National Military Powers provide unique civilization bonuses during Empire Scoring, while naval units move between regions and add influence. War Tiles expand the Military Action and can affect other players. Disaster cards introduce negative events, particularly for civilizations that fall behind in collecting Pillars.
