A skirmish miniature game set in a post‑apocalyptic Tri‑State wasteland. Players field small warbands of survivors, mutants and scavengers and resolve combat and actions with D10-based opposed and stat tests, with criticals (natural 10) and fumbles (natural 1) affecting outcomes. Gameplay emphasizes tactical movement, close- and ranged combat, and resource management across scenarios. Random hazards and encounters are determined at the start of battles, introducing environmental threats such as ash storms, unexploded ordnance, and roaming denizens that can alter tactics and objectives. A simple dice convention system (including D3 conversions, scatter directions, and limited rerolls) adjudicates special effects and randomness.
