Tick (fan expansion for Hive)

This fan expansion adds a piece that alternates between moving one space up onto the Hive and moving one space back down on its following turn. It cannot move across the top of the Hive. Alternatively, it can use Mind Control to take control of an adjacent opposing piece at the same level. The controlled piece may use its own movement or special ability.
