Dominare

In the city-state of Tempest, secret cabals compete for wealth and political power amid social and economic turmoil. Players act as puppet masters, drafting unique agents and arranging them into conspiracies to build hidden influence across the city. Each turn reveals another layer of a conspiracy, with agents gaining greater power according to their position. Players spread influence through valuable blocks and districts, use agent and district abilities, and manipulate the board to advance their plans.
