Nan Cucut

A fast, lighthearted filler that introduces players to Catalonia’s traditional festive beasts. Players collect and play cards depicting capgrossos, gegants and other town creatures to form words or meet point thresholds and “feed” the cucaferes or dragons shown on their tableau. Turns are quick and interactive: use numbered cards to build words or scores and play action cards to steal or protect creatures from opponents. The game emphasizes rapid play, vocabulary and argumentation, and encourages listening and interaction while showcasing Catalan language and popular festival characters.
