Players gather around up to four noses and use fingers of different lengths and widths to pick out boogers. Two dice determine the available picking conditions, including the required angle, while players try to collect the fattest boogers. Excessive picking can enlarge a nose or cause a cold. The game includes ten noses, forty fingers, twenty-one boogers in various sizes, two dice, and six colds.
