Safari Splash!

Players race to build a continuous river of safari cards over a 90-second real-time round. Each player starts with a scoring card that shows preferred and disliked animals and acts as the river’s head; a common pile of face-down safari cards is available to all. On their turn players draw and flip cards, then add them to their tableau so the animals pictured line up with adjacent cards; each card back shows three animals but only two appear on the front, so selection and placement matter. If a flipped card shows a whirlpool, the flipper shouts and all players pass the card they hold to the left. When time expires, players check river continuity and score according to their scoring card; different scoring levels adjust complexity for varied ages.
