Spotlight: Fantasy

Players cooperate to search whimsical fantasy scenes for specific characters and items using a handheld “magic” lantern that illuminates hidden details on layered boards. The game plays over five timed rounds; a card dictates the target picture each round, and players scan their transparent-over-black boards trying to find as many targets as possible before the sand timer runs out. After each round, players set a dial to indicate how many targets they found, then advance pawns along a track based on correct finds while a Moon pawn also advances. Rush tokens can rescue a caught player; if any player is overtaken without a token the group loses. The game includes five distinct fantasy boards full of creatures and items.
