La Guerre des étoiles: Jeu interactif avec plateau et cassette vidéo

Players control a Rebel commando and an R2 unit on a raised, two-dimensional board with a plastic inner ring and catwalk as they race against a 60-minute VHS tape. Play proceeds in real time: the tape provides narration, timed events, movie clips and music, and occasionally Darth Vader addresses the table. Each player starts in a designated bay with six explosives and a secret mission card listing rooms to sabotage and key cards required to access inner levels. Players move, search, plant charges, and use cards to avoid or escape capture by a roaming stormtrooper mini. Accumulating dark-side points can promote a player to Vader’s “pupil,” who gains powers to hinder others. The goal is to plant and detonate explosives to stop the station before the tape’s end.
