Neuland
Develop undeveloped land by placing production buildings on hexes representing mountains, forests and grasslands. Players process basic materials through chains of buildings—stonecutters, smelters, manufactories—into intermediate goods and finally into prestige properties; the first player to place all of their family coat-of-arms wins. Buildings on the board are available to any player, and claimed resources must be consumed on the current or next turn or they spoil. A time-track action economy gives players faster turn frequency if they take fewer actions, letting them plan for occasional long turns and use worker placement to disrupt opponents' supply chains.

from 6 Ludoya reviews
andycted8.4 2-3 players. Must play with timer for thinky people, otherwise, a nice 1.5-2h logistic and timing game. Some similarities to a constrained and simplified Road and Boats can emerge, but the turn track and expiring products makes this game unique. You might not like it a lot, as it can feel opaque and downtime is indeed an issue, but it is surely original and probably seminal
