Avant Carde

Players build a deck of cubist artworks by drafting and buying numbered, colored cards to assemble valuable exhibitions. On each turn, players lay out up to seven cards to score money based on played cards, then use that money to purchase new cards from gallery stacks (priced equal to their number) or bury a top gallery card. Unspent money can generate a one-time change token. Patron cards in play award special powers based on which numbers a player plays (for example, extra money, card trashing, changing a card’s color/number, or drawing extra cards). Earning money converts to awards; once the award deck is depleted, the player with the most awards wins.
