Four ministers travel a fractured kingdom to restore unity by placing envoy tiles next to towns and each other. Players place envoys to form chains or separate groups, trigger town scoring, and collect seals and bonuses recorded on shared success columns. Triggering town scoring advances a player along that town’s success column, awarding immediate benefits like victory points, extra movement, envoy repositioning, or official seals that enable additional scoring. Players balance building long chains for synergy against creating smaller groups for timely scoring, aiming both to advance their appointed success column and to accumulate victory points. The game ends when a victory-point threshold is reached or tiles run out; only players who finish their success column qualify to win.
