Cascadia: Alpine Lakes

Players build an alpine landscape by drafting paired double-hexagon habitat tiles and wildlife tokens, then placing them into a personal mosaic that can also be stacked vertically. Each round, a player selects a tile-and-token pair and adds it to their environment, creating contiguous habitats and arranging five species across three alpine habitat types while elevating and surrounding lakes and animals for points. Scoring objectives vary each game, linked to species placement, habitat arrangements, elevation and adjacency, producing a spatial, three-dimensional tile-placement puzzle with many possible configurations.
