Red Outpost

Players act as rotating leaders of a secret off-world communist colony and direct the settlers’ daily tasks. Each round, workers are assigned to jobs and resources are allocated across the outpost to develop infrastructure and produce goods. Morale is a core mechanic: assigning tasks and balancing needs affects settlers’ happiness, and low morale provokes penalties. Players plan placements, manage supplies, and react to shifting priorities to maximize output while preserving social stability. Scoring rewards efficient production and sustained morale over the course of the campaign-style game.

Juego de colocación de trabajadores y mayorías muy ruski y monoso. La única pega es que se le ve que se quemara muy rápido pero por lo demas perfecto en duración y mecanica.

On your turn you move a worker from one action space to another available one and resolve the action. Workers aren't owned by players, but they are expended each round once used. Different colors of workers produce slightly different results in different spaces. When a worker is used you put a claim marker into their bin on the central board. You also adjust their mood based on what the iconography of the space says. This will increase or decrease the mid and endgame scoring victory point payout for the players who have the majority of markers in that worker's bin. Actions are sparse. The pace of the game is that you have four action rounds, where in 2 of those rounds each player acts only once, and in two of those rounds you continue acting until each of the six meeples have been used once. In a game with actions so limited, the majority scoring elements give you very little opportunity react to your opponent's moves. If you have a worker you've invested in the majority for, expect it to be thrown into spaces that will drag it's victory point reward down even into the negatives. Starting player rotates each round automatically, even for the round where only one action space is available and spaces lock out during certain rounds, so planning out your hopeful action path making sure not to open things up for other players is the core of the game. Because of this if other players are paying attention, often times you sit there with three or four equally irrelevant actions and have to decide what other player to punch for lack of anything else to do. :star: Art, Iconography and components functional :nostar: Clever or interesting mechanisms :star: Reasonably low downtime between turns with mildly AP players :nostar: Multiple plays stay interesting :star: Low or mitigatable luck elements :nostar::nostar::nostar::nostar::nostar: Raw enjoyment
