Doctor Who Fluxx

A card game in which the cards themselves dictate the current rules and win conditions, and those rules can change throughout play. Players start with a small hand, and on a turn draw then play cards; played cards can alter draw and play counts, hand limits, and how to win. This edition adds licensed characters and elements from the long-running sci-fi series: multiple regenerations of the central time traveler, companions, alien races, robotic allies, and signature technology. Cards include New Rules, Goals, Keepers, and Actions that interact with series-specific abilities and threats, creating shifting objectives and emergent combos as players adapt to the changing game state.
