Eclipse: New Dawn for the Galaxy

Players command a spacefaring civilization competing for dominance across a modular galaxy map. They explore star systems, claim resources, research technologies, and construct ships and structures to expand influence. Movement and tactical fleet combat resolve conflicts, while diplomacy and negotiated treaties can alter alliances and access. Victory comes from accumulating points through exploration, development, military success, and control of strategic systems, so players balance long-term planning, adaptation to faction strengths, and interaction with rivals.
