Players manage a team of 18 workers called keyples on an island with multiple harbours and quays. Each round players roll and allocate six dice to either steer boats into specific harbours or to join another player’s turn, then assign keyples to farms, harbours, markets, quarry, wheat fields, and woods. After dice placement, harbours activate and players collect actions and resources where their keyples are present. Over three rounds (years) players use resources to build cottages, houses, and headlands and to acquire skills. Scores come from keyple placement, constructed buildings, headlands, and collected skills; the highest total wins.
