Players act as investors buying companies via auctions and converting them into corporations; play focuses on financial maneuvering rather than a map. Companies come in tiers (green, blue, plus more powerful ones) with variable share counts and unique powers, and subsidiary companies within corporations generate income synergies. The stock system abstracts company valuation with a star mechanic, allows selling corporations into receivership, and supports hostile takeovers and partnership-style deals. Rounds resolve through auctions, income collection, share transactions, and corporate actions that require careful multi-turn planning and math-based financial management.
