Spire's End

A grim, story-driven cooperative card game for one to several players that stages a six-chapter adventure inside a mysterious tower rising in a Viking city. Players progress through the game by drawing and resolving large story cards, facing scripted encounters, making branching choices and handling dice-driven events. Combat is card-based and resource-risky: characters expend hit points to perform actions and stronger attacks require greater sacrifice, so each play demands careful risk management across up to seven adventurers. The game uses minimal components—an oversized deck, dice and markers—no GM or character sheets, and emphasizes compact setup and fast, tense scenarios with branching loot and surprises.
