Players must pursue objectives and manage risks to prevent an antagonistic cult from seizing the coin, with failure allowing the enemy to advance toward a global catastrophe.

It seems to have a lot of randomness but as you play you realize that it can be mitigated a lot and you have to adapt to roll the dice few times which leads you to lose in the long run.
