Hoplomachus: Rise of Rome

Fight as a team of gladiators in a hex-based tactical arena. Players deploy and move units from a hand, play tactic chips, and contest zones of crowd favor that activate their champion. Turns involve drawing, playing, and positioning gladiators, using tactics to support allies or disrupt opponents, and targeting enemy champions or tacticians to limit options. Crowd-favor areas, beasts, and deployment zones shape strategy and force players to adapt to opponents’ moves. The goal is to eliminate the opposing champion through coordinated assaults, area control, and chip management.
